Late
Sometimes things happen out of our control, and we end up late.
I kindly ask for a heads up if you know you’re going to be late, so I can try to accommodate you with the time of our appointment remaining.
If you’re going to be more than 10-15 minutes late, I may need to rebook you.
Sick/Reschedule
If you're not feeling well, please tell me and reschedule your appointment. I want to keep myself, my co-workers, and my family healthy!
Other than emergencies and sickness, PLEASE allow for 48 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
No Show
It's fine to cancel or change your mind. Please just let me know instead of not showing up. Ideally, give me 48 hours' notice so I can fill the spot. Not hearing from you makes me worried and unsure if you're okay.
Redos
All services are non-refundable. Haircuts and colors are guaranteed for 7 days after your appointment. If you have any concerns, please contact me within 7 days, and I will make reasonable adjustments at no extra cost. Major changes not previously agreed upon will be considered a new service and charged accordingly.
